Friday night Lexi had the opportunity to attend a cheer leading clinic that the Neenah High School Dance Team put on. They went after school and learned a cheer to a High School Musical song, had dinner and then performed the routine at half time of the Neenah High School girls varsity team. Lexi had a great time. When we first told her about the clinic I think she had immediate thoughts of being thrown in the air and doing pyramids. I had to break it to her gently that she only had a couple of hours to learn a cheer and that it would be enough time to learn how to do pyramids. LOL
As you can see from the photo, they weren't all in sync most of the time. - LOL - They still did a great job from just learning the routine a couple hours prior. Lexi is next to the girl in the blue pants.
